Delivery Arrangement

1. Members purchase over HK$350 / Non-members purchase overHK$500 enjoy FREE delivery (single location only), otherwise a delivery charge of HK$65 will be made.

2. Local Organic Vegetables & Fruits Delivery Time: Every Tuesday, 2pm to 7pm, the actual delivery time maybe delay due to the unexpected traffic situation, thank you for your understanding.

Cut-off time: Every Monday, 4pm.

Non-Local Organic Vegetable & Fruits Delivery Time: Tuesday to Saturday

Cut-off time: Monday to Friday, 4pm.

3. Delivery Services is not applicable for Remote Districts& Outlying Islands (including Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung & HK International Airport)

4. Please contact us in advance for those delivery address without elevators.

5. Please contact our customer services hotline 6993-8238 if you have any special request on the delivery arrangement.

6. If you would like to amend your delivery address after placing order, please contact our customer services hotline 6993-8238 for arrangement.

7. Delivery services shall delay when typhoon signal, a red or black rainstorm warning is hoisted; or such other weather conditions whereby delivery is considered unsafe. In this event, you will be contacted tore-schedule delivery time.

8. We may revise the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any dispute arises, the company's determination shall be final.

9. $0.5 per each plastic shopping bag will be charged in accordance to the Hong Kong regulation whenever necessary.
